ABOUT ME:

For years, I’ve steered large-scale transformations for DAX and Fortune 500 companies, but what I love most is creating something from scratch, getting it off the ground fast, and handing over a fully functioning project. With an executive master from INSEAD Singapore and over two decades of experience, I specialize in turning complex visions into reality with precision and speed.

I’ve worked with organizations like UBS, Volkswagen, and the United Nations, managing restructuring efforts and growth initiatives across different industries. My ability to navigate complex international projects comes from both professional experience and my personal background.

Born to a French mother and a German father, my family embodies five different nationalities. My French grandfather worked as a plantation director in southern Vietnam until he escaped the war-torn country in the early 1970s. Similarly, my German grandfather fled his native Silesia in 1946 and never returned. Stories of reinvention and resilience have shaped my worldview.

I grew up in Germany, attended high school in the United States, and studied at universities in France, Japan, the UK, and Germany. I’ve worked for American and German companies, served the United Nations and the US Senate, and advised executives in London, Zurich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Ramallah, and Washington, D.C. Moving between countries has become second nature—just as some people move to new cities, I move to new countries and execute complex projects wherever I go.
